Sea to Sky Management, Inc. (hereafter also referred to as Sea to Sky or the Company) is a
Washington-based company that will provide real estate property management services to local
and international investors and private owners. The Company will provide services to residential
and commercial property owners with real estate located in the greater Seattle area. Eventually,
the Company plans to offer its services throughout the state of Washington, the state of Oregon,
and northern California. Sea to Sky will also provide real estate consulting in order to help clients
increase their property value and rental income. The Company also plans to leverage the foreign
entity’s technological knowledge and infrastructure to extend the current offline business model
to a combination of online and offline business model. This includes using and developing more
advanced online marketing and sales tools, enhancing the current property management system
(Buildium) to fit international investors’ needs, and developing a set of mobile applications to
streamline the internal operations and make it easier for investors to monitor the performance
of their properties.
Sea to Sky Management, Inc. was formed on August 1, 2019, in Washington. The Company is
owned by Shanghai Qiancheng Network Technology Co., Ltd and Sea to Sky Realty. Shanghai
Qiancheng Network Technology Co., Ltd owns 51% of the Company; Sea to Sky Realty owns the
remaining 49%. Upon approval of his L1 visa, Mr. Yongmin Zhu (hereafter also referred to as Mr.
Zhu) will become the Company’s President.
Sea to Sky’s has two offices, one of which located at 14042 Northeast 8th Street, Suite 212 in
Bellevue, Washington 98007, and the other at 4105 Brooklyn Ave NE Ste B1, Seattle, Washington
- The Company’s Bellevue office lease agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day notice
period, while the Seattle office is owned by Sea to Sky Realty.
The Company has already hired Ms. Liu Yang as Property Manager, Ms. Qian Feng as
Accountant/Office Manager, and Mr. Coleman Cordova as full-time Maintenance Technician.
Additionally, the Company collaborates with one Product Manager and two Software Developers
from the Parent Company. In Year 1, in addition to the above mentioned hires and the Applicant,
Mr. Yongmin Zhu, Sea to Sky Management, Inc. plans to hire Mr. Lin Shen as the Vice President,
one Software Engineer, and one Data Analyst, reaching a total of seven employees. By the end Sea to Sky Management, Inc.
