Sea to Sky Management, Inc. will provide property management services customized to meet the needs of clients.
The Company will manage and protect the value of clients’ investments while freeing them of the responsibility and required time to manage the property.
All contractor activity on managed properties will be closely monitored. The Company will rely on a bevy of contractors to fulfill the various legal and aesthetic requirements for the properties. Installation and repair of electrical appliances, upkeep of the properties, both inside and outside, as well as any financial requirements are going to be fulfilled by contractors such as maintenance technicians, electricians, and an accountant.
Sea to Sky Realty has 250 units worth $100,000,000 under its management. The part-owner has decided to spin off its property management business, thus forming Sea to Sky Management, Inc. with Mr. Zhu. All properties under the management of Sea to Sky Realty will be transferred to the Company for all future services.
Sea to Sky Management, Inc. will use the capital investments and technological ability of the Chinese foreign entity to scale up the existing property management business. In particular, the Company is going to hire additional personnel over the course of the next five years; develop a set of online tools to help streamline operations; and use the foreign entity’s access to a large Chinese financial market to acquire new real estate investments into the United States market.
As the homestay lodging market reaches maturity, Sea to Sky Management sees great opportunity in standardization of the property management process through technology. Sea to Sky Management is developing a suite of solutions titled “AI Home” that aims to solve the industry’s current challenges, including high operating costs, privacy and safety issues, and lack of regulations.

- Smart socket, which combines smart hardware, Internet of Things (IoT), and data local learning technology to analyze electronic usage statistics and helps landlords to reduce electricity costs
